Ane has worked as a business lawyer since 2000. Her background includes practicing as an attorney in various commercial law firms, and as legal director and member of the management team both within the pharmaceutical industry and in a listed company engaged in oil-related activity.  

Ane has broad expertise within business law. She has assisted both private and public entities with contract negotiations, acquisitions, and other corporate law transactions as well as dispute handling. Ane has special expertise in intellectual property law, with particular emphasis on trademark law, copyright, employee inventions, and EU/EEA law.

She has industry knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and has in-depth knowledge of the many special rules that follow from EU/EEA law, Norwegian regulations, and the industry regulations in Norway.

Furthermore, Ane has extensive experience in the preparation and introduction of internal compliance programs.

Ane also has experience as head of various industry-specific self-judgment bodies, and as a board member in both private and publicly owned enterprises.
