Hanne is a partner at Lin Advokater and a recognized expert in public procurement, competition law, employment law and contract and corporate law. With extensive experience, advising both public and private sector clients, she is know for her strategic insight and practical approach to complex legal challenges. Since July 2023, she has also served as a member of the Norwegian Complaints board for Public Procurement (KOFA), contributing her expertise to the oversight and resolution of procurement-related disputes.

Her experience includes practicing as deputy judge and as an attorney in leading commercial law firms and organizations. This background has equipped her with a deep understanding of both the judicial process and the practical realities businesses face.

She has industry knowledge of the municipal sector and has in-depth knowledge of the many special rules that follow from water and waste management, including the pollution legislation in Norway and EU/EEA.
