Tuva has long and broad experience as a business lawyer. She has worked in some of the largest and most renowned law firms in Norway. She has also experience as a legal director in a listed company.

Over the years, Tuva has worked with cases in very many areas of law. This provides an overview and the opportunity to draw lines between the disciplines.

Large parts of the business world are regulated by contracts. Tuva has solid commercial experience and understanding, which is important for putting the legal contract work into a practical context. She assists with the negotiation and design of contracts with a focus on securing values and preventing costly disputes.

Tuva provides general company law advice. She has extensive experience in buying and selling companies. She has particular experience and interest in assisting with the appropriate organization of public companies based on the framework conditions that apply to the activities in question. She also has experience as a board member.

Tuva has experience with compliance work, for example related to the special rules that apply to listed companies, anti-corruption and privacy.

She has extensive experience with companies in difficult financial situations. These often experience demanding challenges at the crossroad between current business operations and bankruptcy, and a restructuring solution is often necessary.

Throughout her career, Tuva has had regular assignements with public procurement and State aid law. She wrote a thesis on public procurement at the University of Oslo.
